Dr. Apphia Wang, Board Certified Mohs Surgeon
Dr. Wang grew up in both Texas and Taiwan. She graduated from Rice University summa cum laude with a degree in Biochemistry and Cell Biology, and earned her medical degree from Baylor College of Medicine, Houston, TX.
She completed a transitional year residency at the University of Tennessee Chattanooga/Erlanger Health System, and finished her dermatology residency at the University of Alabama Birmingham. Dr. Wang is an accomplished Mohs surgeon who has performed several thousand of Mohs micrographic surgery cases and reconstructive procedures. She is double board certified in Dermatology and in Micrographic Dermatologic Surgery.
Dr. Wang speaks Mandarin, English, and Spanish. Outside of the office she enjoys biking, hiking, outdoor activities, watching sunsets, and spending time with animals.
